Tell Us How You Tungle: Erin Blaskie

Erin Blaskie is President and CEO of Business Services, ETC (aka BSETC). She provides vision, direction and guidance to her team of twenty-eight, ensuring that client needs are not only met, but exceeded.

She and her team are skilled in areas of administration, web design, graphic design, internet marketing and social media, as they provide creative, professional services to entrepreneurs who need support, but may not want to hire a full-time staff.

Needless to say, between a staff of nearly thirty, and a client list of busy entrepreneurs, scheduling is a major headache.

Erin herself still does 99.9% of all new client consultations. As she says, “I needed a service that was easy to use and integrated with my Google Calendar. After trying every single calendaring program out there, I stumbled across Tungle one day and was blown away.”

Most importantly, Tungle.me doesn’t require her clients to sign up or download anything to schedule with her. “It makes scheduling SUPER easy got my techie and non-techie clients.” In fact, Erin says the most beneficial aspect of Tungle.me for her is the ease of use for her clients, which “makes it easier than ever for people to get booked into my calendar, thus increasing my sales opportunities.”

Tungle.me was built with people like Erin in mind. People who need a problem solved – not a new one created. As Erin says, “Tungle.me fits into my day-to-day workflow by just existing beautifully in the background.” She uses the links and plugin-ins on her sites, and lets Tungle.me do all the work. She directs people to her Tungle.me page “automatically when people purchase coaching sessions so that I do not need to do the email follow-up that many other people need to do.”

Clearly someone who’s serious about getting things done – done well, and done efficiently – we asked Erin for her top productivity tips for others in her field:

“I am going to give only one — batch your work. Do all similar tasks at one time so that your brain can focus on any one task or a group of tasks in particular. For me, I do all of one client’s work before moving on to the next. Or, I’ll focus in on one of my own projects and finish everything I have before moving on.”
